Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using the NightMiner software ("Software") provided by NightMiner ("us", "we", or "our").

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, do not purchase or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Upon successful purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software strictly in accordance with these Terms and for the duration of the license tier you have purchased (e.g., 1 Month, 3 Months).

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software or your license key.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
  • Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Service and Software

The Software is a digital tool designed to automate certain tasks within a third-party video game (the "Game"). The license provides access to the Software as-is at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Software, or any feature thereof, at any time, including in response to updates made by the Game's developers.

3. Critical: Acknowledgement of Risk & Liability

This is the most important section. By purchasing this Software, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Violation of Third-Party Terms: The use of automation software ("bots") is strictly prohibited by the Terms of Service (ToS) of the Game's provider (e.g., Supercell). Using the NightMiner Software is a direct violation of their rules.
  • Risk of Ban: Using the Software places your Game account at high risk of penalties, including but not limited to, temporary suspension, permanent account ban, loss of in-game currency, and loss of all account progress.
  • No Liability for Account Loss: We are not affiliated with the Game's provider in any way. We are not responsible for, and will not be held liable for, any disciplinary action taken against your account(s) as a result of using the Software. You use the Software entirely at your own risk.

4. Refund Policy: All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of the product, our policy is strict and clear:

  • NO REFUNDS: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason.
  • Digital Product: You are purchasing a digital license key which is delivered instantly and grants immediate access to the Software. Once the key is delivered, the sale is irreversible.
  • No Exceptions: A refund will not be issued if:
    • You are banned from the Game.
    • You are unsatisfied with the Software.
    • The Software stops working due to an update by the Game's provider.
    • You no longer wish to use the Software.

By completing your purchase, you agree that you are purchasing a digital, non-refundable product and waive any right to a chargeback or refund.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license and access to the Software immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
